Fall Preparation: Start Your 2015 Business Plan Now!

As Labor Day quickly approaches, I was thinking about many of the successful real estate agents I know and how they prepare for future success. Many are already looking at 2015 and beyond. Having a vision and goal is important but having a roadmap as that guide is critical. And by roadmap I mean a detailed business plan; not that piece of paper you put in your top desk drawer and forget about.


I recently wrote an article on ezine articles "Don’t Forget Your Business Plan" that discusses not only reaching your goals but the accountability associated with it. That accountability includes measurable results that keep you focus on the results



But the key to accountability is Updating your business plan. It may seem self serving but the best program available is Create A Plan that allows the user to not only implement a plan but analyze the impact for the results of different activities.


I would encourage now that the fall is here to start thinking about your 2015 Business Plan.
